白酒香煎蒜蓉蝦 Fried Shrimps with Garlic and White Wine


森綠一家都很喜歡這菜式,十分容易做又美味。以下是我的食譜,做法簡單,希望你們喜歡。

這食譜可製作出大約 4 人份的白酒香煎蒜蓉蝦

材料:
蝦 (10-12尾,急凍或新鮮)
蒜蓉 (3-4瓣)
白酒 (2 湯匙)
橄欖油 (隨意)
意大利混合香草 (隨意)
黑胡椒粉 (隨意)
鹽 (1/2 茶匙)

做法:
1. 把蝦洗淨並用廚房紙拍乾,用鹽和黑胡椒調味
1. 中火熱煎鍋並加入橄欖油
2. 加入蒜末炒至香氣滿溢
3. 加入醃好的蝦,先炒至蝦略呈橙色
4. 加入白酒 (2 湯匙),略炒
5. 加入一些意大利混合香草
6. 煮至大部份酒已揮發掉,和蝦已熟
7. 這樣就完成了!

個人心得:
1.這個蒜蓉蝦很適合和春日意大利煨飯一起吃

This recipe can serve 4 persons.

Ingredients:
Shrimps (10-12, frozen or fresh)
Minced garlic (3-4 cloves)
White Wine (2 Tbsp)
Olive Oil (Some)
Italian mixed herbs (Some)
Black pepper (Some)
Salt (1/2 tsp)

How to cook:
1. Rinse and pat dry shrimps, then season with salt (1/2 tsp) and black pepper
1. Over medium heat, add olive oil into the frying pan
2. Add minced garlic and fry until it is aromatic
3. Add in marinated shrimps, fry until the shrimps are a bit orange
4. Add in some white wine (2 Tbsp), fry a bit
5. Add in some Italian mixed herbs
6. Fry until most wine is evaporated and shrimps are cooked
7. Then it is done!

Personal thought and Tips:
1. This dish goes very well with Spring Rissoto
