泰式龍眼冰 Thai Iced Longan Drink


森綠一家都很喜歡喝泰式龍眼冰,便問森綠的父親的做法,十分容易啊。這飲品美味又簡單易做!以下是我的食譜,做法簡單,希望你們喜歡。

這食譜可製作出大約4-5人份量的煎蛋

材料:
1. 乾龍眼肉.乾桂圓肉 (1 杯)
2. 椰糖(2.5 湯匙)
3. 冰糖(2.5 湯匙)
4. 斑蘭葉(6小片 或 3大片)
5. 水 (5 杯)

做法:
1. 準備一鍋水,加入桂圓肉
2. 蓋上蓋子,但留下一個小縫。 中火煮15分鐘
3. 然後用小火再煮15分鐘
4. 加入切好的班蘭葉、椰糖和冰糖
5. 用小火再煮30分鐘
6. 熄火,蓋上蓋子焗 30-60 分鐘
7. 取出香蘭葉,並將飲料放入冰箱冷卻。 然後就完成了!
8. 飲用時加少許冰便完成了!

個人心得:
1. 因這飲品是需要加冰,糖的份量較多。如不加冰,可以調整糖的份量或水來減低甜度

Sumlook family loves Thai Iced Longan Drink. So I have asked my father for the recipe and it is very easy to make. This recipe is very easy and yummy. I hope you like it.

This recipe can make 4-5 persons portion

Ingredients:
1. Dried Longan (1.5 cups)
2. Coconut Sugar(2.5 Tbsp)
3. Rock Sugar(2.5 Tbsp)
4. Pandan Leaves(6 small pieces or 3 big pieces)
5. Water (5 cups)

How to cook:
1. Prepare a pot of water, add in dried longan
2. Put a lid on but leave a small slit. Boil for 15 mins over medium heat
3. Then boil over low heat for another 15 mins
4. Add in cut pandan leaves, coconut sugar and rock sugar
5. Cook over low heat for another 30 minutes
6. Remove from heat, rest the drink with a lid on for 30-60 mins
7. Remove pandan leaves and cool the drink in the fridge. Then it is done!
8. When served, add ice into drink. Then it is done!

Personal tips and thoughts:
1. Since this drink is usually served on ice. The amount of sugar added is more than normal drink. In the case the drink is not served on ice, can adjust the amount of sugar or water to make it less sweet
