香菇蓮藕湯 Lotus Root with Shiitake Mushroom Soup


蓮蓬和紅棗對身體都很好,這是森綠近日喜歡喝的養生湯,以下是我的食譜,做法簡單,希望你們喜歡。

這食譜可製作出大約4-5人份的湯

材料:
1. 蓮藕 (2 大節,去皮切大片)
2. 眉豆 (75 克)
3. 花生 (38 克)
4. 乾香菇.冬菇 (5 顆,切大片)*
5. 陳皮 (1 小塊,在加入湯前才略浸)
6. 紅棗 (6 顆,去核)
7. 豬肉湯底 (1500 毫升)
8. 糖 (2 茶匙)
9. 鹽 (1 茶匙)

* 保留浸冬菇的水

做法:
1. 首先處理好材料:
1.1 把眉豆浸泡3小時
1.2 把花生浸泡1小時
1.3 將乾香菇浸泡至變軟。然後把香菇中的水擠出來,保留浸香菇的水備用。把香菇切粗片
1.4 把紅棗去核
1.5 煮豬肉湯
2. 煮好豬肉湯,然後把香菇水加入肉湯中一起煮
3. 將眉豆、花生和已去皮蓮藕加入湯中
4. 加入泡好的香菇和紅棗
5. 蓋上蓋子,中大火煮45分鐘,轉中小火煮30分鐘
6. 在湯煮好前10分鐘,將陳皮浸泡,並刮去白色的瓤
7. 將陳皮放入湯中,加糖 (2 茶匙) 和鹽 (1 茶匙) 調味,再煮10分鐘
8. 然後便完成了!

Lotus root and red dates are very good for health. This soup is SumLook's recent favorite healthy soup. This recipe is very easy and yummy. I hope you like it.

This recipe can serve 4-5 persons.

Ingredients:
1. Lotus root (2 big chunks, peeled and sliced into big pieces)
2. Black-eyed peas (75 g)
3. Peanuts (38 g)
4. Dried Shiitake Mushrooms (5 pieces, sliced into thick pieces)*
5. Dried Tangerine Peel (1 piece, soaked before the soup is done)
6. Red dates (6 pieces, remove the stone)
7. Pork Broth (1500 ml)
8. Sugar (2 tsp)
9. Salt (1 tsp)

* Save the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms

How to cook:
1. First prepare the ingredients:
1.1 Soak black-eyed peas for 3 hours
1.2 Soak Peanuts for 1 hour
1.3 Soak dry Shiitake mushrooms until they are soft. Squeeze out the water from mushrooms. Keep the water for later use. Slice shiitake mushrooms
1.4 Remove the stone of the red dates
1.5 Prepare pork broth
2. Boil pork broth first, then add water used for shiitake mushroom into pork broth
3. Add in black-eyed peas, peanuts and peeled lotus root into broth
4. Add in soaked shiitake mushrooms and red dates
5. Boil over medium high heat for 45 mins then medium low heat for 30 mins, with lid on
6. 10 mins before soup is done, soak dried tangerine peel and scrape off the white layer
7. Add the peel into soup, then season with sugar (2 tsp) and salt (1 tsp), boil for 10 more mins
8. And it is done!
