森綠的兩個兒子都很喜歡草莓(士多啤梨)也很喜歡喝草莓奶昔。但在餐廳,很多時候都不是用生果製作,而多是用草莓糖漿做成的,所以決定了自己學怎樣製作。這是森綠嘗試多次後得出的食譜,很簡單易做,也很美味,希望你們喜歡。請按這連結看森綠所做的影片https://youtu.be/YJdJdjezu9w
這食譜可製作出大約 150ml 的草莓奶昔(士多啤梨奶昔)
材料:
1. 草莓(3-4顆,隨自己喜歡)
2. 香蕉 (半條)
3. 草莓酸奶 Yogurt (2大匙)
4. 牛奶 (50-75ml)
做法:
把水果切顆,和其他材料加入攪拌機,攪至滑狀或個人喜歡的口感。
個人心得:
和小孩試過不加入Yogurt,但會變得很水狀,如加入Yogurt,會變稠些,口感較好,如加入冰塊會更可口,但因不想小孩常飲冷飲,所以沒有加入。

~.~.~.~.~.~Recipe of Strawberry Smoothie in English~.~.~.~.~.~
Both my sons love strawberries and love to drink Strawberry Smoothie. Before we often had it at the restaurant but found that they ususally used strawberry syrup to make it, instead of real fruits. So we decide to learn how to make it ourselves.

This recipe can make around 150ml of Strawberry smoothie.
Ingredients:
1. Strawberries (3-4 pieces, or as many as you want)
2. Banana (one half)
3. Strawberry Yogurt (2 Tbsp)
4. Milk (50-75ml)
Method:
Cut up the fruit. Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Done! :)
Thoughts:
We also tried to skip Yogurt but found that the smoothie will become very liquidy. The Yogurt helps to make the smoothie thicker and improve the texture. It tastes even better by adding ice, but we don't like to have too much cold drink so we usually skip it.
