這食譜可製作出大約4-5人份的大阪炒麵
炒麵材料:
1. 日本炒麵 (4 個)
2. 棷菜 (1/2 個中型,切 3cm x 3cm 小塊)
3. 甘筍 (1/2 個中型,切 3mm 厚薄片)
4. 切片豬肉 (半磅,切片) *
5. 芽菜 (適量)
6. 大阪炒麵醬汁 (120克)
7. 油 (適量)
8. 鹽 (1/2 tsp)
9. 糖 (1/2 tsp)
10. 海苔 (適量,切條)
大阪炒麵醬汁材料:
1. 喼汁 (60克)
2. 濃口醬油 (生抽) (60克)
3. 日本中濃醬 (30克)
4. 味醂 (30克)
5. 糖 (20克)
6. 和風高湯粉末 (1 tsp)
7. 胡椒粉 (適量)
*豬肉先用少許醬油、糖、水和油略醃
做法:
1. 準備好醬汁,切好蔬菜
1.1 在碗裡,混合喼汁、濃口醬油、味醂和日式中濃醬。加入糖、日式高湯粉和一些白胡椒粉。拌勻
1.2 把捲心菜/棷菜切小塊,把甘筍切成3毫米厚的片
2. 製作炒麵
2.1 用中火,在鍋中加入油,然後把豬肉片煎熟
2.2 加入甘筍和椰菜,用鹽和糖調味
2.3 炒至蔬菜變軟,然後關火,備用
2.4 用中低火,將麵餅放在另一鍋上,煎2分鐘
2.5 期間,不要移動麵餅
2.6 翻到另一面,煎2分鐘
2.7 弄鬆麵餅,用中火炒麵,加入1/2的醬汁並拌勻
2.8 加入蔬菜和肉,加入剩餘的醬汁,拌勻
2.9 最後,加入芽菜,炒至所有醬汁收乾
3. 然後便完成了!

This recipe can serve 4-5 persons.
Main Ingredients for fried noodle:
1. Japanese fried noodle (4 pieces)
2. Cabbage (1/2 medium, cut into 3cm x 3cm pieces)
3. Carrot (1/2 medium, slice into 3mm thick)
4. Sliced Pork (1/2 pound, sliced) *
5. Green bean sprout (some)
6. Fried Noodle Sauce (120g)
7. Oil (some)
8. Salt (1/2 tsp)
9. Sugar (1/2 tsp)
10. Japanese seaweed powder (some, julienne)
Ingredients for sauce:
1. Worcestershire sauce (60g)
2. Soya Sauce (60g)
3. Japanese Chuno Sauce (30g)
4. Mirin (30g)
5. Sugar (20g)
6. Dashi Powder (1 tsp)
7. White Pepper (some)
* Marinate pork with little soya sauce, sugar, water and oil
How to cook:
1. Prepare the sauce and cut the veggie:
1.1 In a bowl, mix worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, mirin and Japanese Chuno Sauce. Add in sugar, Dashi powder and some white pepper. Mix well
1.2 Chop the cabbage into small pieces and slice carrots into 3mm thick
2. Fry noodle
2.1 Over medium fire, in a pan, add in oil then fry pork until cooked
2.2 Add in veggie and vegetarian beef, season with salt and pepper
2.3 Fry until carrot and cabbage, season with salt and sugar
2.4 Over medium low heat, lay the noodle on the pan, fry for 2 mins
2.5 During this time, don't move the noodle around
2.6 Flip to the other side and fry for 2 mins
2.7 Loosen the noodle and fry over medium heat, add 1/2 of sauce and mix well
2.8 Add in the veggie and meat, add in remaining sauce, mix well
2.9 Lastly, add the sprout. Fry until there is no more sauce
3. Then it is done!
