蕃茄青瓜莎莎沙拉佐蘋果醋 Cucumber and Tomato Salsa with Apple Cider Vinegar: 美味清爽的涼拌


森綠買來了蘋果醋並試用來做莎莎沙拉,十分美味,每次做,兩個孩子都會吃得清光。以下是我的食譜,做法簡單,希望你們喜歡。

這食譜可製作出大約4-5人的份量

材料:
1. 青瓜.黃瓜 (1條,切薄片)
2. 櫻桃蕃茄 (10 多個,切半)
3. 紫洋蔥 (1/2 個,切細丁)
4. 芫茜 (3 棵,切碎)
5. 蘋果醋 (3 湯匙,見下圖)
6. 橄欖油 (1 湯匙)
7. 檸檬汁 (1.5 匙)
8. 糖 (2 茶匙)
9. 鹽 (1/2 茶匙)
10. 黑胡椒粉 (適量)

做法:
1. 在一個碗中,加入糖 (2 茶匙)、鹽 (1/2 茶匙)、蘋果醋(3 湯匙)、橄欖油 (1湯匙)和少許黑胡椒粉,拌勻至糖溶掉
2. 加入檸檬汁,拌勻 (1.5 茶匙)
3. 將青瓜.小黃瓜切薄片,櫻桃蕃茄切半,並把紫洋蔥切細丁
4. 將紫洋蔥丁、櫻桃番茄、青瓜.小黃瓜和芫茜碎加入醬汁中,拌勻
5. 最後放入冰箱冷藏 1小時
6. 這樣便完成了!

個人心得:
1. 因不同品牌的蘋果醋的濃度不同,請依個人喜愛的酸度調味
2. 可用白醋來代替蘋果醋

SumLook bought apple cider vinegar and tried to use it to make salad. The taste is so good. Below is my recipe. I hope you like it.

This recipe can serve 4-5 persons.


Ingredients:
1. Cucumber (1, thinly sliced)
2. Cherry tomatoes (10+, cut into halves)
3. Purple Onion (1/2, finely diced)
4. Parsley (3 stalks, chopped)
5. Apple Cider Vinegar (3 Tbsp, see pic below)
6. Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
7. Lemon Juice (1.5 tsp)
8. Sugar (2 tsp)
9. Salt (1/2 tsp)
10. Black Pepper (some)

How to cook:
1. In a bowl, add sugar (2 tsp), salt (1/2 tsp), apple cider vinegar (3 Tbsp) and olive oil (1 Tbsp), mix well until all sugar is dissolved
2. Add in lemon juice (1.5 tsp), mix well
3. Thinly slice cucumber, cut tomatoes in halves, and dice purple onion
4. Add diced purple onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and chopped parsley into the sauce, mix well
5. Lastly, cool it in the fridge for 1 hour
6. And it is done!

Personal thought and Tips:
1. Since apple cider vinegar of different brands have different degrees of sourness, please adjust the amount according to your personl taste
2. Can use white vinegar to replace apple cider vinegar
