黃瓜蘋果沙拉佐蘋果醋 Cucumber and Apple Salad with Apple Cider Vinegar: 十分清爽的涼拌


森綠買來了蘋果醋並試用來做沙律,效果十分好。以下是我的食譜,做法簡單,希望你們喜歡。

這食譜可製作出大約4-5人的份量

材料:
1. 青瓜.黃瓜 (1條,切薄片)
2. 蘋果 (1/4 個,切薄片)
3. 紅蔥頭 (1 個,切薄片)
4. 紅甜椒 (1/4 個,切細丁)
5. 指天椒 (適量,切丁)
6. 蘋果醋 (3 湯匙,見下圖)
7. 和風昆布鰹魚汁 (2 湯匙,見下圖)
8. 糖 (6 茶匙)
9. 鹽 (1/3 茶匙)

做法:
1. 在一個碗中,混合蘋果醋 (3 湯匙)、和風昆布鰹魚汁(2湯匙)、鹽(1/2 茶匙)、糖(6 茶匙)和辣椒丁,拌勻
2. 將青瓜.小黃瓜和紅蔥頭切成薄片
3. 將紅甜椒切丁,並把蘋果切片
4. 先將蘋果放入醬汁中,防止氧化
5. 然後加入小黃瓜、紅甜椒和紅蔥頭,拌勻
6. 最後放入冰箱冷藏 1小時
7. 這樣便完成了!

個人心得:
1. 因不同品牌的蘋果醋的濃度不同,請依個人喜愛的酸度調味
2. 可用白醋來代替蘋果醋

SumLook bought apple cider vinegar and tried to use it to make salad. The taste is so good. Below is my recipe. I hope you like it.

This recipe can serve 4-5 persons.


Ingredients:
1. Cucumber (1, thinly sliced)
2. Apple (1/4, thinly sliced)
3. Shallot (1, thinly sliced)
4. Red Bell Pepper (1/4, diced)
5. Chili (some, diced)
6. Apple Cider Vinegar (3 Tbsp, see pic below)
7. Katsuo Tsuyu Sauce (Bonito Soya Sauce) (2 Tbsp, see pic below)
8. Sugar (6 tsp)
9. Salt (1/3 tsp)

How to cook:
1. In a bowl, mix apple cider ( 3 Tbsp), Bonito Soya Sauce (2 Tbsp), salt (1/2 tsp), sugar (6 tsp) and diced chilies, mix well
2. Thinly slice cucumber and shallots
3. Dice red bell pepper and then slice apple
4. First add apple into the sauce to prevent oxidization
5. Then add in cucumber, bell pepper and shallots, mix well
6. Lastly, cool it in the fridge for 1 hour
7. And it is done!

Personal thought and Tips:
1. Since apple cider vinegar of different brands have different degrees of sourness, please adjust the amount according to your personl taste
2. Can use white vinegar to replace apple cider vinegar
