這食譜可製作出大約 4 人份的白酒香煎蒜蓉蝦
材料:
豬排 (4-5 塊)
洋蔥 (1/3 個,切條)
青豆 (2 湯匙)
豚丼醬汁 (2 湯匙)*
* 可用 十勝豚丼醬汁
醃料:
糖 . Sugar (2 茶匙)
醬油 . Soya Sauce (2 湯匙)
芝麻油 . Sesame oil (1 湯匙)
黑胡椒粉 . Black Pepper (隨意)
做法:
1. 將豬排的兩面錘打使其變薄
2. 準備醃料:在一個碗裡,混合醬油、芝麻油、糖和黑胡椒粉
3. 用醃料醃製豬排至少1小時
4. 中火,下油,將豬排的一面煎至略金黃
5. 翻到另一面並煎至金黃,然後取出備用
6. 在同一個平底鍋上,將洋蔥炒至略軟
7. 然後加入煎過的豬排和青豆
8. 加入少許熱水(50ml)和豚丼醬汁,讓豬排兩面吸收醬汁
9. 煮至醬汁濃稠。 然後就完成了!

This recipe can serve 4 persons.
Ingredients:
Pork Chop (4-5 pieces)
Onion (1/3, julienned)
Green peas (2 Tbsp)
Butadon Sauce (2 Tbsp)*
* Can use Hokkaido Takachi Butadon Sauce
Marinade:
Sugar (2 tsp)
Soya Sauce (2 Tbsp)
Sesame oil (1 Tbsp)
Black Pepper (some)
How to cook:
1. Hammer both sides of pork chop to make it thin
2. Prepare the marinade: in a bowl, mix soya sauce, sesame oil, sugar and black pepper
3. Marinate pork chops with the marinade for at least 1 hour
4. Over medium heat, fry one side of pork chop until a bit golden
5. Flip to another side and fry until golden, then take out for later use
6. On the same pan, fry onion until a bit soft
7. Then add in the fried pork chops, and green peas
8. Add in some hot water (50ml) and Butadon sauce, let both sides of pork chops absorb the sauce
9. Cook until the sauce is thick. Then it is done!
