這食譜可製作出大約4-5人份的湯水
材料:
1. 節瓜 (2-3個小形的,切大塊)
2. 乾瑤柱.乾元貝 (2 顆,略沖洗並浸泡)*
3. 粟米.玉米 (1條,切大塊)
4. 生薏米 (2 湯匙,沖洗並略浸)
5. 淡菜 (2 湯匙)**
6. 陳皮 (1 小塊,在加入湯前才略浸)
7. 豬肉湯底 (1500 亳升)
8. 薑片 (2-3片)
9. 糖 (2 茶匙)
10. 鹽 (1.5 茶匙)
11. 米酒 (1/2 湯匙)
* 預先用水浸好,並保留用來浸泡的水
** 預先用水浸至軟
做法:
1. 把淡菜用水浸泡。浸泡乾瑤柱。準備肉湯
2. 把節瓜兩頭切去,並把皮刮去,切大塊
3. 將淡菜浸泡至軟,然後除去足和足絲
3.1 中火,加油入煎鍋內,把薑片略炒
3.2 加入淡菜略炒
3.3 加入一些米酒,炒至所有酒精蒸發掉,取出備用
4. 將乾瑤柱、泡乾瑤柱的水和生薏米加入肉湯
5. 加入薑片、淡菜、節瓜和玉米,中火煮沸45分鐘
6. 蓋上蓋,中火,煮沸45分鐘
7. 然後轉小火煮30分鐘
8. 加入浸好的陳皮
9. 用鹽和糖調味
10. 然後便完成了!

This recipe can serve 4-5 persons.
Ingredients:
1. Hairy gourd (2 small ones, cut into big pieces)
2. Raw coix seed (2 Tbsp, rinsed and soaked a bit )
3. Dry mussels (2 Tbsp)**
4. Dried scallop (2 pieces, rinsed and soaked)*
5. Corn (1, cut into big pieces)
6. Pork Broth (1500 ml)
7. Ginger (2-3 slices)
8. Dried tangerine peel (1 small piece, soaked a bit right before used)
9. Sugar (2 tsp)
10. Salt (1.5 tsp)
11. Chinese rice wine (1/2 Tbsp)
* Soaked and keep the water for soaking
** Soaked until soft
How to cook:
1. Soak dry mussels. Soak dried scallops and prepared pork broth
2. Remove 2 tips of hairy gourd. Then remove the peel by scrubbing. Cut into big pieces
3. Soak dry mussels until soft, then remove the foot and byssus
3.1 Over medium heat, add oil into frying pan and fry ginger a bit
3.2 Then add in dry mussels and fry a bit
3.3 Add some Chinese rice wine, fry until all alcohol is evaporated. Take out and set aside
4. Add dried scallops, water for soaking scallops and raw coix seed into pork broth
5. Add in ginger, dry mussels, hairy gourd and corn
6. Boil for 45 minutes over medium heat with lid on
7. Then turn to low fire and boil for 30 minutes
8. Add in soaked dried tangerine peel
9. Season with salt and sugar
10. And it is done!
