荔枝果凍 Lychee Jelly : 好味易做的家常甜品

這食譜可製作出大約 6人份量 的荔枝果凍

材料:
1. 罐頭荔枝 (1 個,20安士連糖水,下圖)
2. 魚膠粉.明膠 (1.5 湯匙)
3. 糖 (2 茶匙)
4. 白開水 (適量)

做法:
1. 打開罐頭,將荔枝平均地分入果凍杯中
2. 量度罐中糖水的份量,然後倒入鍋中
3. 加入白開水使液體的總量為850毫升
4. 用中火將混合物加熱(無需將其煮沸)
5. 加入糖和魚膠膠,拌勻,煮至溶解
6. 轉用最低火,煮至有白色蒸汽冒出
7. 離火,讓液體冷卻
8. 將液體加入果凍杯中並放進冰箱中冷卻成果凍
9. 便完成了!

個人心得:
1. 糖的份量可依個人對甜味的喜好而調整

I bought Lychee jelly once and found it very delicious. Thus, I started to learn how to make it.

This recipe can make 6 servings of Jelly.

Ingredients:
1. Canned Lychee in syrup (1 can, 20oz with syrup, see pic below)
2. Gelatin (1.5 Tbsp)
3. Sugar (2 tsp)
4. Cooked water (some)

Method:
1. Open the can and distribute lychee evenly into jelly cups
2. Measure the amount of syrup in the can and then pour into a pot
3. Add in cooked water so that the total amount of liquid is 850 ml
4. Over medium fire, heat up the mixture (no need to make it boil)
5. Add in sugar and gelatin, stir well and cook until all dissolve
6. Turn to lowest fire, boil until there is white steam coming out from the liquid
7. Remove from heat, and let the liquid cool down
8. Add the liquid into jelly cups and cool in the fridge until firm
9. Then it is done!
