日式照燒豬肉卷 (蕃茄和四季豆) Pork wrap with cherry tomatoes in Teriyaki Sauce

這食譜可製作出大約4-5人份量

材料:
五花腩肉片 (300g,切成易入口大小) *
櫻桃蕃茄 (適量)
四季豆 (適量,切一半)
照燒醬汁 (4 湯匙,見下圖)
水 (6 湯匙)
糖 (1.5 茶匙)
粟粉.玉米澱粉 (適量)
* 也可用煙肉培根

做法:
1. 先處理四季豆:
1.1 去除四季豆的尖端和豆筋。 切成兩段
1.2 用沸水煮四季豆至剛熟 (約4-5分鐘),然後瀝乾備用
2. 將照燒醬汁、水和糖混合
3. 把2個櫻桃番茄放在牙籤上。用五花肉片將櫻桃番茄包起來
4. 用較短的五花肉片將煮好的四季豆(約4條)包起來
5. 在平底鍋中,用中火加熱少許油
6. 先將包好的櫻桃番茄放入鍋中,然後放包好的四季豆
7. 煎至一面呈金黃色,然後煎另一面至熟
8. 取出豬肉卷放一邊備用
9. 開中小火,將混合好的醬汁倒在乾淨的平底鍋上
10. 煮到醬汁開始冒泡
11. 逐小加入玉米澱粉水使醬汁稍微變稠
12. 將豬肉卷放入鍋中,並滾動讓肉卷沾上醬汁
13. 如果需要,調整火力,並不時滾動肉卷
14. 當醬汁夠濃稠時,就完成了!
15. 上桌時,將一些醬汁倒在肉卷上,並灑上蔥花
16. 這樣便完成了!

This recipe can make 4-5 servings

Ingredients:
Sliced Pork Belly (300g, cut into shorter pieces) *
Cherry Tomatoes (some)
Green beans (some, cut into halves)
Teriyaki sauce (4 Tbsp, see pic below)
Water (6 Tbsp)
Sugar (1.5 tsp)
Cornstarch (some)
*Can use bacon instead

How to cook:
1. Prepare the Green beans:
1.1 Remove tips and hard fiber of Green beans. Cut into halves
1.2 Boil the Green Beans until just cooked (about 4-5 mins). Then drain and set aside
2. Mix well Teriyaki Sauce, water and sugar
3. Put cherry tomatoes on toothpick. Then wrap the cherry tomatoes on toothpick with a slice of pork belly
4. Wrap the boiled green beans with shorter slice of pork belly
5. Over medium heat, heat up some oil
6. First put the wrapped cherry tomatoes into the pan, then the wrapped green beans
7. Fry until one side is golden. Then roll and fry the other side until cooked
8. Take the pork wraps out and set aside
9. Over medium low heat, pour the mixed sauce onto the clean pan
10. Cook until the sauce starts to bubble
11. Gradually add cornstarch solution to slightly thicken the sauce
12. Add the pork wraps into the pan, and roll to coat them with sauce
13. Adjust the heat if need, and roll the wraps from time to time
14. When the sauce is thick enough, then it is done!
15. When served, pour some sauce over the wraps and add some spring onion
16. Then it is done!
