將是芒果時令,森綠見到很多芒果,便想自製芒果雪糕。自製的芒果雪糕,芒果味道很新鮮和有很香的芒果香氣。味道很不錯。在此分享我的食譜,做法簡單,希望你們喜歡。

這食譜可製作出 1 杯的雪糕
材料:
1. 新鮮芒果汁 (60 ml)
2. 新鮮芒果粒 (適量,可選)
3. 牛奶 (100 ml)
4. 淡奶油 (50 ml)
5. 粟米粉.玉米粉 (10 ml)
6. 糖 (10 克)
做法:
1. 切一些芒果丁,包起來放在冰箱裡冷凍成冰粒(可選)
2. 磨一些芒果丁來做芒果汁
3. 將一些牛奶與粟米粉.玉米粉混合,拌勻
4. 將剩餘的牛奶倒入鍋中,小火加熱至將要沸騰
5. 加糖入鍋中; 用小火攪拌直至糖融化
6. 關火。加入粟米粉混合物,拌勻
7. 用最低火攪拌混合物至濃稠
8. 關火,讓混合物冷卻
9. 加入涼的淡奶油和芒果汁攪拌均勻至順滑
10. 用勺子幫助將混合物過篩,使其更加幼滑
11. 將混合物倒入雪糕機中,調到“醇厚”
12. 大約60分鐘後,關機,並把已冰好了的芒果粒加入雪糕中
13. 再次開機。大約40分鐘後(共用了100分鐘),便完成了!
個人心得:
1. 想為雪糕定型的話,可以將雪糕放進紙杯內並放進冰箱雪藏

Mango is gonna be in season. There are so many of them in the market now. So I thought about making Mango ice cream. It came out very yummy. The homemade Mango ice cream has very fresh taste of Mango and you can smell the mango from the ice cream.
Here is our recipe. It is very to easy to make.

This recipe can make 1 big scoop of Ice Cream.
Ingredients:
1. Freshly made Mango juice (60 ml)
2. Diced Mango flesh (some, optional)
3. Milk (100 ml)
4. Whipping Cream (50 ml)
5. Cornstarch (10 ml)
6. Sugar (10 克)
Method:
1. Make some mango dice, wrap and freeze them in the freezer (optional)
2. Make mango juice by grinding some mango dices
3. Mix some milk with cornstarch and stir well
4. Over low heat, heat up remaining milk until it is almost boil
5. Add sugar in the pot; melt the sugar and mix well over low heat
6. Turn off the heat. Add the cornstarch solution into milk and mix well
7. Over low heat, stir the mixture until it is thicken
8. Turn off the fire, let the mixture cool down
9. Stir in cool whipping cream and mango juice; mix well until smooth
10. Use a spoon to help sieving the mixture through a sieve to make it extra smooth
11. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker, turn to "Hard"
12. After about 60 mins, add in frozen mango dices into ice-cream
13. Turn on ice-cream maker. After about 40 mins (100 mins in total), then it is ready!
Personal thought and tips:
1. To shape up the ice cream, you can put it into a paper cup and freeze it in the fridge
