椰菜煙肉意大利麵 Pasta with Cabbage and Bacon


森綠一家都很喜歡吃意大利麵,嘗試用不同意大利麵醬汁。這椰菜煙肉意大利麵不但容易做也很美味,以下是我的食譜,做法簡單,希望你們喜歡。

這食譜可製作出大約4-5人份的意大利麵

材料:
1. 煙肉.培根 (6-7片,切條)
2. 椰菜.捲心菜 (2/3 個,切條)
3. 洋蔥 (1/2 個,切條)
4. 甘筍.胡蘿蔔 (1/2 個,切條)
5. 馬鈴薯.土豆 (1 個,切丁)
6. 意大利麵 (約 400 克)
7. 蒜頭 (3 瓣,切蓉)
8. 帕瑪森芝士(4 湯匙,隨意)
9. 黑胡椒粉 (適量)
10. 糖 (1 - 2 茶匙)
11. 鹽 (1/2 - 1 茶匙)
12. 白酒 (約 30 ml)

做法:
1. 將鹽加入沸水中,然後開始煮馬鈴薯和意大利麵
2. 煮意大利麵時,也開始煮醬汁
2.1. 用中火熱鍋,在煎鍋中加入少許油
2.2. 加入培根和蒜頭,炒至培根出油
2.3. 加入洋蔥,炒至略軟。 然後把所有材料推到一邊
2.4. 加入椰菜,用黑胡椒粉、糖 (1 茶匙)和鹽(1/2 茶匙)調味,略炒
2.5. 加入胡蘿蔔,略炒
2.6. 加入白酒,炒至椰菜.捲心菜變軟
3. 將差不多熟的意大利麵和土豆加入醬汁中拌勻
4. 用黑胡椒粉、少量糖和鹽調味,拌勻
5. 最後加入帕瑪森芝士拌勻
6. 便完成了!

個人心得:
1.在放意大利麵和馬鈴薯入醬汁時,盡可能瀝乾,因為椰菜本身已會出水

SumLook's family loves pasta so I always try out different pasta sauce. This Pasta with Cabbage and Bacon is healthy, yummy and easy to make. This recipe is very easy and yummy. I hope you like it.

This recipe can serve 4-5 persons.

Ingredients:
1. Bacon (6-7 stripes, small stripes)
2. Cabbage (2/3, julienned)
3. Onion (1/2, julienned)
4. Carrot (1/2, julienned)
5. Potato (1, diced)
6. Pasta (about 400 g)
7. Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
8. Parmesan Cheese(4 Tbsp, personal choice)
9. Black Pepper (some)
10. Sugar (1 - 2 tsp)
11. Salt (1/2 - 1 tsp)
12. White Wine (about 30 ml)

How to cook:
1. Add salt into boiling water, and then start to boil potato and pasta
2. While cooking the pasta, make the sauce
2.1. Over medium fire, add little oil into frying pan
2.2. Add in bacon and garlic to fry until some fat of bacon is out
2.3. Add in onion and fry until it is a bit soft. Then push everything aside
2.4. Add in cabbage and season with black pepper, sugar and salt, fry a bit
2.5. Add in carrot and fry a bit
2.6. Add in white wine, fry until cabbage is soft
3. Add the almost cooked pasta and potato into the sauce and mix well
4. Season with black pepper and little sugar and salt, mix well
5. Lastly, add in parmesan cheese and mix well
6. And it is done!


Personal thought and Tips:
1. When add the pasta and potato into the sauce, try to drain them thoroughly because the cabbage will also release some water while being fried
