日式薑燒豬肉 Fry Pork with Ginger sauce (Shogayaki)

這食譜可製作出大約4-5人份量

材料:
五花腩肉片 (450g,切段讓容易入口)
薑 (數片,切幼絲)
洋蔥 (半個,切幼條)
青瓜 (半條,切幼條)
粟粉 (適量)
白芝麻 (適量)

調味料:
生薑燒醬汁 (2 湯匙,見下圖)
糖 (1.5 茶匙)
豉油 (1 湯匙)

做法:
1. 在平底鍋中,用中火加熱少許油
2. 加入薑絲,炒至軟
3. 加入洋蔥,炒至略軟
4. 加入五花肉片,鬆開,略炒
5. 加入生薑燒醬汁和糖,略炒
6. 加入少許醬油,炒至五花肉全熟
7. 最後,加入粟粉水勾芡。 這樣便完成了!
8. 上桌時,將青瓜絲.黃瓜絲舖在盤子上
9. 然後將煮好的五花肉舖在上面
10. 然後在上面撒一些烤過的白芝麻

This is one of my family's favorite dishes. It is simple and yummy. I hope you like it.

This recipe can make 4-5 servings

Ingredients:
Sliced Pork Belly (450g, cut into shorter pieces)
Ginger (3-4 slices, julienned)
Onion (1/2, julienned)
Cucumber (1/2, julienned)
Cornstarch (some)
Toasted White Sesame (some)

Seasonings:
Shogayaki Sauce (2 Tbsp, see pic below)
Sugar (1.5 tsp)
Soya Sauce (1 Tbsp)

How to cook:
1. Over medium heat, heat up little oil
2. Add in julienned ginger, fry until soft
3. Add in onion, fry until a bit soft
4. Add in and loosen sliced pork belly, fry a bit
5. Add in shogayaki seasoning and sugar, fry a bit
6. Add in some soya sauce, fry until pork belly is cooked
7. Lastly, add in cornstarch solution to thicken the sauce. Then it is done!
8. When served, lay julienned cucumber on the plate
9. Then lay the cooked pork belly on top
10. Sprinkle some toasted sesame on top
11. Then it is done!
