Bruno Toaster Grill Recipe 小烤爐食譜:香蕉蛋糕 Banana Cake


森綠很懷念香蕉蛋糕的味道便用Bruno Toaster Grill 小烤爐 烤了一個。說真的,這烤爐不好用,發熱器離烤架較近,很容易烤燶食物,所以一定要用鋁箔蓋住所烤的食物。在此分享我的食譜,做法簡單,希望你們喜歡。

這食譜可製作出一個香蕉蛋糕

材料:
1. 香蕉 (1.5 條,切片)
2. 雞蛋 (2隻)
3. 核桃 (10 棵,隨意)
4. 白糖 (3 湯匙)
5. 鹽 (1/4 茶匙)
6. 泡打粉 (1/2 茶匙)
7. 小蘇打.蘇打粉 (1/4 茶匙)
8. 麵粉 (低或中筋皆可) (150 克)
9. 無鹽牛油 (60 克) *
* 牛油先放在室溫下融化

做法:
1. 將核桃切碎
2. 在一個大碗中,加入麵粉、鹽、泡打粉和小蘇打,拌勻
3. 將混合好的麵粉過篩,有需要的話,用勺子把大塊的麵粉壓過篩子
4. 將香蕉切片並壓成蓉
5. 加糖入香蕉泥中,拌勻
6. 加雞蛋入香蕉泥中,拌勻
7. 將融化的牛油加入香蕉泥和雞蛋中,拌勻
8. 將1/2的麵粉加入香蕉混合物中,拌勻
9. 將另外一半的麵粉加入麵糊中,拌勻至光滑
10. 將切碎的核桃加入麵糊中,拌勻
11. 準備預熱小烤爐
11.1 在盤子裡加水
11.2 打開上下加熱器並預熱小烤爐 6 分鐘
12. 在蛋糕模的四邊掃上剩餘的牛油
13. 將麵糊倒入蛋糕模中,上下搖晃
14. 用鋁箔蓋住蛋糕模,在一側留一個空隙讓蒸汽出去
15. 將麵糊放入小烤爐。 先烤30分鐘
16. 然後檢查蛋糕是否已熟,再烤多10-20分鐘(視乎蛋糕模型),每5分鐘檢查一次
17. 用牙籤戳入蛋糕裡,如出來是乾淨的,即蛋糕已做好了
18. 讓蛋糕靜置 10 分鐘,不要將其從烤盤中取出
19. 這樣完成了!

個人心得:
1. 因為發熱器離烤架較近,很容易烤燶食物,所以一定要用鋁箔蓋住所烤的食物

SumLook loves Banana Cake so I used Bruno Toaster Grill to bake one. To be honest, this toaster is not so user friendly as the radiators are way to close to the baking rack that it is very easy to burn the food. So it is necessary to cover up the baking tin with aluminum foil.

This recipe can make 1 Banana Cake.

Ingredients:
1. Banana (1.5, sliced)
2. Eggs (2)
3. Walnuts (10 pieces, personal preference)
4. Sugar (3 Tbsp)
5. Salt (1/4 tsp)
6. Baking Powder (1/2 tsp)
7. Baking Soda (1/4 tsp)
8. Plain Flour (150 g)
9. Unsalted Butter (60 g)*
* Melt the butter at room temperature

Method:
1. Chop walnuts into small pieces
2. In a bowl, mix plain flour with, Asalt, baking powder and baking soda, and mix well
3. Sieve the mixed flour. Use spoon to press the big lump through the sieve
4. Slice the banana and smash it
5. Add sugar into the banana puree and mix well
6. Add eggs into banana puree, mix well
7. Add the melted butter into banana puree and eggs, mix well
8. Add 1/2 of the flour into the banana mixture, mix well
9. Add another half of flour into the batter, mix well until smooth
10. Add chopped walnuts into the batter and mix well
11. To preheat the Toaster:
11.1 Add water into the tray
11.2 Turn on both up and bottom heaters and preheat for 6 minutes
12. Brush the cake tin with remaining butter
13. Pour the batter into the tin and shake it up and down
14. Cover the tin with aluminum foil, leave a gap on one side for the steam to go out
15. Put the batter into toaster. First Bake for 30 minutes
16. Then check if the cake is fully cooked, cook for another 10-20 minutes, check every 5 minutes
17. Poke a toothpick into the cake, if it comes out clean, that means the cake is ready
18. Let the cake rest for 10 minutes, without removing it from the tin
19. Then it is done!

Personal thought and tips:
