材料:
1. 蒜末 (你需要的份量)
2. 油 (多過蒜末的份量)

做法:
1. 用中火加熱油
2. 加入蒜末,把它們散開,轉用中小火
3. 持續攪拌,蒜末會慢慢變成金黃色
4. 當蒜末顏色呈淺金黃時轉小火,持續攪拌
5. 當蒜末顏色呈金黃時離火
6. 炸好的大蒜可以儲存以備後用

個人心得:
1. 當蒜末差不多呈中金黃色時,便要離火,炸太久的蒜略帶苦味

This is how we prepare deep fried minced garlic. You can prepare a lot and store it in a jar. Hope this video is helpful to you.

Ingredients:
1. Minced garlic (your preference)
2. Oil (enough to cover the minced garlic)

How to cook:
1. Heat up oil over medium fire
2. Add in the minced garlic, spread them out, change to medium low heat
3. Keep stirring, the minced garlic will turn golden slowly
4. Change to low heat when the color of garlic is light golden
5. Remove from heat when garlic is golden
6. The deep fried garlic can be stored for later use
7. Then it is done!

Personal thought and Tips:
1. When the garlic turns medium golden in color, remove it from heat. Overcooked garlic has some bitter taste
