Homemade Pork Burger 自家製豬肉漢堡


這是我們家常常吃的一道家常菜,因森綠不吃牛肉,所以只用豬肉,吃牛的朋友可加入一些牛肉,做法簡單,希望你們喜歡。

這食譜可製作出大約 4-5 人份量

材料:
1. 免治豬肉 (半磅)
2. 洋蔥 (1/3個,切碎)
3. 蔥 (2-3 棵,切碎)
4. 芫茜.香菜 (2-3 棵,切碎)
5. 蛋 (1隻)
6. 麵包糠 (3-4 湯匙)
7. 粟粉 (4 茶匙)
8. 糖 (2 茶匙)
9. 醬油 (3 湯匙)
10. 芝麻油 (1 湯匙)
11. 黑胡椒粉 (適量)

做法:
1. 製作漢堡:
1.1 把洋蔥碎、蔥花、芫茜.香菜加入免治豬肉內
1.2 加入雞蛋
1.3 加入麵包糠和粟粉
1.4 加入糖、醬油、芝麻油.香油和黑胡椒粉
1.5 然後把所有材料拌勻
1.6 用保鮮膜將混合好的材料蓋包好,放入冰箱冷藏2小時
2. 將混合好的材料做成球狀,用中小火煎
3. 輕輕壓平漢堡,先把一面煎至金黃色
4. 翻轉並煎另一面至金黃色,兩面翻轉煎直至漢堡煮熟
5. 這樣便完成了!

個人心得:
1. 如喜歡吃牛的話,可以加入一些牛肉

We often cook this dish at home. Since I don't eat beef, I use only pork. For the beef lover, you can also add some beef into the burger. This recipe is very easy and yummy. I hope you like it.

This recipe can serve 4-5 persons.

Ingredients:
1. Minced pork (1/2 pound)
2. Onion (1/3, finely diced or minced)
3. Spring onion (2-3 stalks, finely chopped)
4. Parsley (2-3 stalks, finely chopped)
5. Egg (1)
6. Bread crumb (3-4 Tbsp)
7. Cornstarch (4 tsp) 8. Sugar (2 tsp)
9. Soya sauce (3 Tbsp)
10. Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp)
11. Black pepper (some)

How to cook:
1. Making burger:
1.1 Add finely diced onion, spring onion and parsley into minced pork
1.2 Add in Egg
1.3 Add in bread crumb and cornstarch
1.4 Add in sugar, soya sauce, sesame oil and black pepper
1.5 Mix well all ingredients
1.6 Cover the mixed ingredients with a wrap, cool it for 2 hours in the fridge
2. Make a ball shape of burger and fry it over medium low heat
3. Gently press and flatten the burger, fry until one side is golden
4. Flip to fry the other side until golden. Fry two sides until the burger is cooked
5. Then it is done!
Personal thought and Tips:
1. For the beef lover, you can also add some beef in the burger
