Korean Delicacy: 韓式大豆芽 Seasoned Sprout in Korean Style


森綠一家都很喜歡吃韓國餐廳裡的冷盤小菜韓式大豆芽,所以問了一位韓國媽媽其做法,很簡單易做!以下是我的食譜,做法簡單,希望你們喜歡。

這食譜可製作出大約4人份量的韓式大豆芽

材料:
大豆芽 (2 杯)
蒜頭 (1 瓣,切成蓉)
鹽 (1 茶匙)
糖 (適量,可免)
芝麻油 (適量)
芝麻 (適量)

做法:
1. 摘去大豆芽的幼根
2. 把大豆芽放入沸水中,蓋上鍋蓋,煮 1-2 分鐘
3. 從大豆芽從熱水中取出並瀝乾
4. 將大豆芽放入冷開水中冷卻
5. 瀝乾大豆芽
6. 用鹽、糖、蒜末、芝麻和香油給大豆芽調味
7. 將所有材料混合均勻就完成啦!

This recipe can make 4 servings of Seasoned Sprout

Ingredients:
Soya bean Sprout (2 cups)
Garlic (1 clove, mined)
Salt (1 tsp)
Sugar (some, optional)
Sesame oil (some)
Sesame (some)

How to cook:
1. Remove the thin root of the sprout
2. Boil the sprout for 1-2 minutes with the lid on
3. Remove the sprout from hot water and drain 4. Cool the sprout in cold cooked water
5. Drain the sprout
6. Season the sprout with salt, sugar, minced garlic, sesame and sesame oil
7. Mix all the ingredients well then it is done!
