材料:
1. 柴魚片 (約100 ml)
2. 水 (400 ml)
做法:
1. 我們需要大約 100 毫升的干鰹魚片/柴魚片
2. 將干魚片放入沸水中,中小火煮3-5分鐘
3. 關火,讓干魚片在湯內靜置3-5分鐘
4. 濾去干魚片,這樣柴魚高湯就做好了!

Ingredients:
1. Dried bonito fish flakes (about 100 ml)
2. Water (400 ml)
How to cook:
1. We need about 100 ml of dried bonito fish flakes
2. Add the fish flakes in boiling water and boil over medium low heat for 3-5 minutes
3. Turn off fire, let the fish flakes rest in soup base for 3-5 minutes
4. Drain to filter out the fish flakes, then the dashi is ready!
