這食譜可製作出大約 4-5人的份量
材料:
1. 腐竹 (一包或一大塊)
2. 雪耳 (適量)
3. 蓮子 (一碗)
4. 冰糖 (適量)
5. 雞蛋 (一隻)
5. 水 (1.5升)
做法:
1.首先準備好腐竹:
1.1 在鍋裡,將腐竹撕成大塊
1.2 沖洗、清潔並瀝乾腐竹
1.3 用水浸泡腐竹至呈象牙白色,然後瀝乾浸泡過的腐竹
2. 將雪耳浸泡至發白。切去硬的根部和洗去所有污垢
3. 蓮子洗淨,去掉裡面的芯
4. 在鍋裡,把浸泡過的腐竹剪成小塊
5. 加入浸泡過的雪耳、蓮子和水
6. 中火煮至大部分腐竹融化
7. 加入冰糖,煮至融化,拌勻
8. 加入蛋液,攪拌均勻,這樣便完成了!

This recipe can make about 4-5 persons portion
Ingredients:
1. Yuba.Dried Tofu Skin (1 bag or 1 big piece)
2. Snow Fungus (some)
3. Lotus Seed (1 bowl)
4. Rock Sugar (some)
5. Egg (1)
5. Water (1.5L)
How to cook:
1. First prepare the Yuba:
1.1 In a pot, tear the Yuba into big pieces
1.2 Rinse, clean and drain the Yuba
1.3 Soak the Yuba with a lot of water until it is ivory white, then drain it
2. Soak the snow fungus until white. Remove the hard bottom and rinse off all the dirt
3. Rinse the lotus seeds and remove the shoot inside 4. In a pot, cut the soaked Yuba into smaller pieces
5. Add in the soaked snow fungi, lotus seeds and water
6. Boil with medium heat until most of yuba is melted
7. Add in rock sugar, boil until it melts, mix well
8. Add in beaten egg, stir well, then it is done!
Personal thought and Tips:
1. Can also use add Raw coix seed and ginko
