Mussels in White Wine Sauce 白酒煮青口: 森綠的最愛


森綠偶然在一餐廳吃過白酒煮青口的頭盤,立刻便愛上了。以下是我的食譜,做法簡單,希望你們喜歡。

這食譜可製作出大約 4-5人的份量。

材料:
1. 青口 (1 公斤)
2. 洋蔥 (1/2 個)
3. 蒜頭 (3 瓣)
4. 羅勒葉 (適量)
5. 白酒 (125 ml)

做法:
1. 首先把青口清潔乾淨: 在流水下清洗青口,並去除殼上的污物
2. 用中火熱鑊,並將油倒入
3. 加入蒜頭和洋蔥,然後略炒
4. 用糖,鹽和黑胡椒粉調味
5. 加入已洗淨的青口
6. 倒入白酒,並蓋上鍋蓋煮 5-6 分鐘
7. 檢查所有青口是否都已打開
8. 加入羅勒葉混合。 然後就大功告成了!

個人心得:
1. 不要加太多鹽調味,因為青口本身有海水和鹽分

SumLook once had Mussels in White Wine Sauce as an appetizer at a restaurant; and had fallen in love with it right away. This recipe is very easy and yummy. I hope you like it.

This recipe can serve 4-5 persons.

Ingredients:
1. Mussels (1 kg)
2. Onion (1/2)
3. Garlic (3 cloves)
4. Basil (some)
5. White wine (125 ml)

How to cook:
1. First clean well the mussels by cleaning the mussel under running water and removing dirt on the shell
2. Pour oil into the wok over medium fire
3. Add in garlic and onion, then fry a bit
4. Season with sugar, salt and black pepper
5. Add in the cleaned mussels
6. Pour in the white wine and cover the wok with lid, cook for 5-6 mins
7. Check if all mussels have opened up
8. Add in and mix with the Basil leaves. Then it is done!

Personal thought and Tips:
1. No need to add too much salt to season as the Mussels already have some sea water which contains salt already
