森綠喜歡韓式煎餅,靈機一觸,試用了 Bruno 三文治機 (Sandwich maker)來做這個韓式煎餅。森綠決心要發掘三文治機的可能性。在此分享我的食譜,做法簡單,希望你們喜歡。不用三文治機的話,也可以用以下食譜用煎鍋做韓式煎餅。

這食譜可製作出3-4個韓式煎餅
麵糊材料:
1. 雞蛋 (2 顆)
2. 中筋麵粉 (100 克)
3. 粟粉.玉米粉 (30 克)
4. 洋蔥粉 (1 茶匙)
5. 大蒜粉 (1 茶匙)
6. 鹽 (1/2 茶匙)
7. 白胡椒粉 (適量)
8. 水 (100 ml)
煎餅沾醬的材料:
1. 白糖 (2 湯匙)
2. 熱水 (50 ml)
3. 醬油 (3 湯匙)
4. 白醋 (2 湯匙)
5. 芝蔴油 (1 湯匙)
6. 魚露 (1 湯匙)
7. 蔥花 (適量)
8. 蒜泥 (適量)
9. 白芝麻 (適量)
10. 辣椒粉 (適量, 可選)
煎餅的配料:
1. 蔥段 (適量)
2. 紅色燈籠椒 (1/2 個)
3. 綠色燈籠椒 (1/2 個)
4. 洋蔥 (1/2 個)
5. 豬腩片 (適量)
做法:
1. 首先製作煎餅的麵糊:
1.1. 將中筋麵粉、玉米粉、洋蔥粉、大蒜粉、鹽和白胡椒粉混合拌勻
1.2. 加入雞蛋和水,拌勻成麵糊
2. 製作煎餅沾醬
2.1 將糖與熱水混合
2.2 加入其他沾醬材料 (3-10),拌勻待用
3. 將三明治機預熱 3 分鐘
4. 在盤子上抹少許油
5. 將一些麵糊舀到盤子裡,掃平
6. 把煎餅的配料放在麵糊上
7. 用一些麵糊覆蓋配料
8. 用三文治機煮3分鐘
9. 把煎餅翻過來再煮8分鐘
10. 這樣便完成了!
個人心得:
1. 煎餅的配料可以自由配搭。
1.1 喜歡泡菜的話,可以先擠出大部份的水份並加入麵糊中
1.2 也可以加海鮮,但煮海鮮的時間要拿捏得較好
2. 如改用煎鍋來做煎餅,也可以用以上的麵糊和沾醬食譜

This recipe can make 3-4 Korean Pancakes.
Ingredients for Batter:
1. Eggs (2)
2. Flour (100 g)
3. Corn Starch (30 g)
4. Onion Powder (1 tsp)
5. Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
6. salt (1/2 tsp)
7. White Pepper (some)
8. Water (100 ml)
Ingredients for Sauce for Pancake:
1. Sugar (2 Tbsp)
2. Hot Water (50 ml)
3. Soya Sauce (3 Tbsp)
4. Vinegar (2 Tbsp)
5. Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp)
6. Fish Sauce (1 Tbsp)
7. Diced spring onion (some)
8. Minced Garlic (some)
9. White Sesame (some)
10. Chilli Powder (some, optional)
Ingredients for Toppings:
1. Spring Onion (some)
2. Red Bell Pepper (1/2)
3. Green Bell Pepper (1/2)
4. Onion (1/2)
5. Sliced Pork Belly (Some)
Method:
1. First make the batter of the pancake:
1.1. Mix well flour, corn starch, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and white pepper
1.2. Add in egg and water, and mix well
2. Making the sauce for pancake
2.1 Mix the sugar with hot water
2.2 Add in other ingredients for sauce (items 3-10). Mix well and set aside
3. Preheat sandwich maker for 3 minutes
4. Spread little oil on the plate
5. Scoop some batter onto the plate and spread flat
6. Put the toppings on to the batter
7. Cover the toppings with some batter
8. Use the sandwich maker to cook for 3 minutes
9. Flip the pancake and Cook for another 8 minutes
10. Then it is done!
Personal thought and tips:
1. You can mix and match your own toppings:
1.1 If you like Kimchi, you can first squeeze out most of the liquid from kimchi then add it into the batter
1.2 Can also use seafood. However, cooking seafood requires better time management
2. You can also use the same recipe above to cook pancake with frying pan.
