Pasta in Spinach Sauce 菠菜醬意大利麵: 健康美食


森綠一家都很喜歡吃意大利麵,嘗試用不同意大利麵醬汁。這菠菜醬汁不但容易做也很美味,以下是我的食譜,做法簡單,希望你們喜歡。

這食譜可製作出大約4-5人份的意大利麵

材料:
1. 嫩菠菜(1 斤)
2. 意大利麵(1包,約400-500克)
3. 核桃(10顆,隨意)
4. 松子(2 湯匙,隨意)
5. 蒜頭(3 瓣)
6. 檸檬汁(1.5 湯匙)
7. 帕瑪森芝士(4 湯匙,隨意)
8. 橄欖油(3 湯匙)

做法:
1. 用中小火烘烤核桃和松子,直至略帶褐色
2. 將鹽加入沸水中,然後開始煮意大利麵
3. 煮意大利麵時,也開始煮菠菜醬汁
3.1. 將鹽,糖和油加入沸水中
3.2. 加入大蒜,然後放入所有菠菜
3.3. 煮至菠菜略軟
3.4. 取出菠菜和大蒜
3.5. 將煮熟的菠菜和大蒜放入攪拌機
3.6. 加入帕瑪森芝士,橄欖油,鹽,檸檬汁和煮菠菜的水
3.7. 攪拌至喜歡的幼滑度
4. 將煮熟的意大利麵和菠菜醬混合
5. 最後,在上面撒一些帕瑪森芝士和烤過的果仁。 便完成了!

個人心得:
1.在做醬汁時,需要加入足夠的煮菠菜的水讓攪拌機可以攪拌菠菜,但也不可太多水份,會令醬汁太稀

SumLook's family loves pasta so I always try out different pasta sauce. This Spinach sauce is healthy, yummy and easy to make. This recipe is very easy and yummy. I hope you like it.

This recipe can serve 4-5 persons.

Ingredients:
1. Baby Spinach(1 Tael)
2. Pasta(1pack, about 400-500g)
3. Walnuts(10,personal choice)
4. Pine nuts(2 Tbsp,personal choice)
5. Garlic(3 cloves)
6. Lemon juice(1.5 Tbsp)
7. Parmesan cheese(4 Tbsp,personal choice)
8. Olive oil(3 Tbsp)

How to cook:
1. Toast the walnuts and pine nuts over medium low heat, until slightly brownish.
2. Add salt into boiling water, and then start to boil the pasta
3. While cooking the pasta, make the spinach sauce
3.1. Add salt, sugar and oil into boiling water
3.2. Add in garlic then all spinach
3.3. Cook until the spinach is a bit soft
3.4. Take out the spinach and garlic
3.5. Put the cooked spinach and garlic into blender
3.6. Add in parmesan, olive oil, salt, lemon juice and the water from boiling spinach
3.7. Blend it as smooth as you like
4. Mix the cooked pasta with the spinach sauce
5. Lastly, sprinkle some parmesan and toasted nuts on top. And it is done!


Personal thought and Tips:
1. While blending the spinach sauce, we need to add enough of liquid (the water used for boiling spinach) to have the blender to blend the veggie. However, cannot add too much of liquid as the sauce will be to watery
