森綠看了 Jamie Oliver 的一個烹飪影片,靈機一觸,便試用 Bruno 三文治機 (Sandwich maker)來做這個披薩餡餅(或叫披薩餃子)。森綠調較了食譜,小孩們都蠻喜歡的。在此分享我的食譜,做法簡單,希望你們喜歡。

這食譜可製作出兩個培根蘑菇披薩餡餅
材料:
1. 培根 (3 條)
2. 啡蘑菇 (4 顆)
3. 鮮冬菇 (2 顆)
4. 洋蔥 (1/2 個)
5. 羅勒 (數片,適量)
6. 番茄醬 (4 湯匙)
7. 橄欖油 (適量)
8. 帕瑪森芝士 (2 湯匙)
9. 冷凍披薩餅皮
做法:
1. 先煮好餡料:
1.1. 用中火炒香培根
1.2. 加入洋蔥,略炒
1.3. 加入鮮冬菇和啡蘑菇
1.4. 用鹽,糖和黑胡椒調味
1.5. 加一點水炒,至蘑菇略軟
1.6. 加入番茄醬並煮至醬變稠
1.7. 加入一些羅勒。 離火,讓醬冷卻
2. 在餡料醬開始不熱時,將三明治機預熱 3 分鐘
3. 攤出冷凍的披薩餅皮,並切出兩個長方形,一個比三文治模具大,一個略小
4. 略壓餅皮讓它薄些
5. 將較大的餡餅皮放在預熱的三明治機上
6. 根據模具的形狀,讓餡餅皮貼服其上,造出凹位
7. 在餅皮上放些橄欖油
8. 將餡料放在餅皮上
9. 然後在上面撒一些帕瑪森芝士
10. 然後把2片羅勒葉放在上面
11. 在上面放較細的餡餅皮,並在邊緣位,將多餘的餡餅皮向內接疊、封口
12. 先煮4分鐘看金黃的和煮熟程度 (因為不同披薩皮需時略有不同)
13. 再煮3-4分鐘(共約8分鐘)
14. 這樣完成了!
個人心得:
1. 在第11步驟,餡餅皮向內接疊的話,可以防止餡餅的汁料向外溢出
2. 因為三文治機的厚度受限,所以需要稍為壓薄餅皮(第4步驟),不然餅皮焗後會有點厚而餡料則少了些味道。但不壓薄餅皮也是可以的。

SumLook watched a clip of Jamie Oliver and got the idea of making this Calzone by Hot Sandwich maker. I have adjusted some part of the recipe and my kids love it. It is easy to make with the Sandwich maker!
Here is our recipe. It is very to easy.

This recipe can make 2 Calzones.
Ingredients:
1. Bacon (3 strips)
2. Brown Mushroom (4)
3. Shitake Mushroom (2)
4. Onion (1/2)
5. Basil (some)
6. Tomato Sauce (4 Tbsp)
7. Olive Oil (some)
8. Parmesan cheese (2 Tbsp)
9. Frozen Pizza dough
Method:
1. First cook the filling:
1.1. Fry Bacon over medium heat
1.2. Add in onion, fry a bit
1.3. Add in shitake mushrooms and brown mushrooms
1.4. Season with salt, sugar and black pepper
1.5. Add some water. Fry till the mushrooms are slightly soften
1.6. Add in the tomato sauce and cook until the sauce is thicken
1.7. Add in some Basil. Remove from heat and let the sauce cool down
2. When the filling is no longer hot, preheat sandwich maker for 3 minutes
3. Roll out the frozen pizza dough; cut out 2 rectangles; one bigger and one smaller than the sandwich maker mold
4. Roll the dough to make it slightly thinner
5. Lay the larger crust on the pre-heated sandwich maker
6. Make shape according to the mold
7. Put some olive oil onto the dough
8. Spread the filling onto the dough
9. Add some Parmesan cheese on top
10. Then put 2 Basil leaves on top
11. Lay the smaller pizza crust on top. At the edge, fold the excess crust inwards to close the Calzone
12. First cook for 4 minutes to see how cooked it will be as different dough might require different amount of time to cook
13. Cook for another 3-4 minutes(About 8 minutes in total)
14. Then it is done!
Personal thought and tips:
1. For step 11, the extra crust has to fold inwards to prevent the spill of the fillings
2. For setp 4, I rolled the dough thinner because the sandwich maker has limited height. If the crust is too thick, the filling layer will be rather thin and the taste will not stand out. But this step is optional.
