Bruno Sandwich Maker Recipe 三文治機食譜:香蕉甜餅 Banana Pancake


森綠看了一些用香蕉的甜品書,靈機一觸,便試用 Bruno 三文治機 (Sandwich maker)來做香蕉甜餅。這甜餅的食譜是大人小孩都蠻喜歡的。在此分享我的食譜,做法簡單,希望你們喜歡。

這食譜可製作出兩個香蕉甜餅

材料:
1. 香蕉 (1 條)
2. 葡萄乾 (適量)
3. 巧克力片 (適量)
4. 白糖 (2 湯匙)*
5. 肉桂粉 (1 茶匙)
6. 雞蛋 (1 隻)
7. 冷凍餡餅皮

* 可用黑糖代替

做法:
1. 在一個碗裡,將2湯匙的白糖和1茶匙的肉桂粉混合在一起,最後會撒在餡餅上
2. 在一個碗內將雞蛋打勻成蛋漿,這是用來塗在甜餅上
3. 將香蕉切薄片
4. 將三明治機預熱 2 分鐘
5. 攤出冷凍的餡餅皮,並切出兩個長方形,一個比三文治模具大,一個略小
6. 將較大的餡餅皮放在預熱的三明治機上
7. 根據模具的形狀,讓餡餅皮貼服其上,造出凹位
8. 將糖和肉桂粉的混合物撒在餡餅皮上
9. 然後放一層香蕉片
10. 然後在上面撒一些糖和肉桂粉和放一些葡萄乾
11. 在上面放較細的餡餅皮,並在邊緣位,將多餘的餡餅皮向內接疊
12. 按照相同步驟做第二個甜餅,但加入巧克力片來代替葡萄乾
13. 在已封好的餡餅皮上,用叉子刺一些孔
14. 先煮6分鐘
15. 掃蛋漿在餡餅皮上面,並撒上糖和肉桂粉的混合物
16. 再煮 6分鐘(總共12分鐘)
17. 這樣完成了!

個人心得:
1. 在第11步,餡餅皮向內接疊的話,可以防止餡餅的汁料向外溢出
2. 不要放太多的肉桂粉以免破壞味道

SumLook got the idea of this Banana Pancake from reading dessert book. So I tried to make it with the Sandwich maker. My kids love this Banana Pancake and it is easy to make with the Sandwich maker!

This recipe can make 2 Banana Pancakes.

Ingredients:
1. Banana ( 1 )
2. Raisin (some)
3. Chocolate chips (some)
4. Sugar (2 Tbsp)*
5. Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
6. Egg (1)
7. Frozen Pie crust

* Can be replaced by brown sugar

Method:
1. Mix 2 Tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp of ground cinnamon together for the sprinkle on top of the pie
2. Whisk an egg for egg wash on top of the pancake
3. Slice the banana
4. Preheat sandwich maker for 2 minutes
5. Roll out the frozen pie crust; cut out 2 rectangles; one bigger and one smaller than the sandwich maker mold
6. Lay the larger crust on the pre-heated sandwich maker
7. Make shape according to the mold
8. Sprinkle the mixture of sugar and cinnamon powder on the pie crust
9. Then a layer of banana slices
10. Then sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon powder on top and add some raisin
11. Lay the smaller pie crust on top. At the edge, fold the excess crust inwards
12. Follow the same steps for the second pancake. But use chocolate chips instead of raisin
13. Use a fork to poke some holes on the top of the enclosed pancakes
14. First cook for 6 minutes
15. Spread the egg wash on top of the pancakes, then sprinkle the mixture of ground cinnamon and sugar on top
16. Cook for another 6 minutes(12 minutes in total)
17. Then it is done!

Personal thought and tips:
1. For step 11, the extra crust has to fold inwards to prevent the spill of the fillings
2. Don't put too much ground cinnamon, it will ruin the tast of the fillings
