Bruno Sandwich maker Recipe 三文治機食譜:蘋果派.蘋果批 (Apple Pie)


Bruno 三文治機 (Sandwich maker)是森綠近日的新玩具,家裡早前沒有焗爐,所以便用三文治機作焗爐般試了幾個食譜。這蘋果派的食譜是大人小孩都蠻喜歡的。在此分享我的食譜,做法簡單,希望你們喜歡。

這食譜可製作出兩個蘋果派.蘋果批

材料:
1. 蘋果 (1 個, 中至大形)
2. 白糖 (4 湯匙)
3. 蜂蜜.蜜糖 (1 湯匙)
4. 檸檬汁 (1 湯匙)
5. 肉桂粉 (1 茶匙)
6. 雞蛋 (1 隻)
7. 牛油 (1 湯匙)
8. 冷凍餡餅皮

做法:
1. 把蘋果去皮和去核,切粒
2. 將檸檬汁和3湯匙的白糖加到蘋果中,拌勻
3. 在煎鍋裡把牛油加熱至溶化,然後加入蘋果
4. 用中小火煮至蘋果變軟
5. 然後加入蜜糖和1/2小匙的肉桂粉
6. 煮至蘋果餡帶焦糖,然後離火,備用
7. 在一個碗內將雞蛋打勻成蛋漿,這是用來塗在蘋果派上
8. 在另一個碗內將1湯匙的白糖和1/2茶匙的肉桂粉混合在一起,最後會撒在餡餅上
9. 將三明治機預熱2-3分鐘
10. 攤出冷凍的餡餅皮,並切出2個比三文治模具稍大的長方形,也切出一些長條
11. 將餡餅皮放在預熱的三明治機上
12. 根據模具的形狀,讓餡餅皮貼服其上,造出凹位,並刺孔
13. 把蘋果批餡料舖在餡餅皮上
14. 在邊緣位,將多餘的餡餅皮向內折疊
15. 將長條形的餡餅皮放在餡餅上
16. 掃蛋漿在上面,並撒上糖和肉桂粉的混合物
17. 先煮8分鐘,看看它效果如何
18. 根據想要的金黃色,可再煮多3-5分鐘(總共11-13分鐘)
19. 這樣完成了!

個人心得:
1. 在第14步,餡餅皮向內折疊的話,可以防止蘋果批的汁料向外溢出
2. 不要放太多的肉桂粉以免破壞蘋果批的味道

We did not have an oven at home. So I have tried to use the Sandwich maker as an oven and tried out a few recipes. My kids love this Apple Pie and it is easy to make with the Sandwich maker!

This recipe can make 2 Apple Pies.

Ingredients:
1. Apple ( 1 )
2. Sugar (4 Tbsp)
3. Honey (1 Tbsp)
4. Lemon Juice (1 Tbsp)
5. Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
6. Egg (1)
7. Butter (1 Tbsp)
8. Frozen Pie crust

Method:
1. Peel the apple and remove the core, dice the apple
2. Add lemon juice and 3 Tbsp of sugar into the apple, and mix well
3. Melt the butter in the pan and add in the apple
4. Cook over medium low fire, until the apple is soften
5. Then add in honey and 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
6. Cook until the apple filling is caramelised, then remove from heat, set aside
7. Whisk an egg for egg wash on top of the pie
8. Mix 1 Tbsp of sugar and 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon together for the sprinkle on top of the pie
9. Preheat sandwich maker for 2-3 minutes
10. Roll out the frozen pie crust; cut out 2 rectangles which are slightly bigger than the sandwich mold; cut out some long stripes also
11. Lay the crust on the pre-heated sandwich maker
12. Make shape according to the mold and poke some holes on the crust
13. Spread a layer of apple pie filling on the crust
14. At the edge, fold the excess crust inwards
15. Lay the long stripes of crust on top of the pie
16. Spread the egg wash on top of the pie, then sprinkle the mixture of ground cinnamon and sugar on top
17. First cook it for 8 minutes to see how it comes out
18. Cook for 3-5 more minutes according to your preference of golden color and crispiness. (In total, 11-13 minutes)
19. Then it is done!

Personal thought and tips:
1. For step 14, the extra crust has to fold inwards to prevent the spill of the juice of apple fillings
2. Don't put too much ground cinnamon, it will ruin the tast of the fillings
